i have code for JPEG image compression in Matlab and i want to add some futures
i uploaded the original file and i want to do the following
in the m file
we will calculate Q90 and Q10 from the equation in the file
Q90 = round(Q50.*(ones(8)*((100-quality)/50)))
Q10 = round(Q50.*(ones(8)*(50/quality)));
then
after "Forward Discret Cosine Transform" step i want to take the standard deviation for each 8*8 block
and then calculate the max and min value for each standard deviation and make 3 intervals [min - mid] , [mid], [mid-max]
then in next step "Quantization of the DCT coefficients"
we will use Q10, Q50,Q90 with these 3 intervals respectively
