Integrative project 3 Winter 2017
Title: 3D vibration analysis of a tensegrity structure
During the 2017 winter semester, 3rd year students choose a technical problem and build a project to
attempt to solve it. The problem I worked on was a 3D vibration analysis of a tensegrity structure.
Working with my project co-director, a student at the masters level, I modelized and solved the Lagrange
equations using numerical computing methods using the Matlab language and the Simulink simulation
engine.
Integrative project 4 Autumn 2017 – Winter 2018
Title: Design of an automated analysis and treatment unit of spa water
During my last year of my bachelor’s degree, I was a member of a multidisciplinary team tasked to design
and build a working prototype that can automatically analyse and treat spa water that needs specific
chemical levels to be respected for optimal bathing conditions. I was responsible for programming the
unit with a python script that could interact with the Linux OS. Furthermore, the script outputs the data
to an online platform named exo site that could show the real-time data to the user.
