Hay, I suppose you know what bootloader is. So I think first of all make sure that this MKL02 have bootloader. If it is not with the bootloader then you must have one with bootloader programmed on it. IF there is a bootloader on it you could try connecting you Programming Jig, to one of working Teensy board, but before that you should cut the programming pins to main MCU and solder your programming Jig pins directly on that pins. In this way you may destroy the teensy but you could rectify your programming jig. And hay as a bonus you could use your teensy's MKL02 to check your main board is ok or not. But alas before that I need to take a look at your PCB and schematic. I have never work with teensy boards, but have many experience with embedded world. Designed many project/product. Rectify tons of the problem like this. I need to learn few things before I deep dive into your problem But I can solve this. My other skills are: - Microcontrollers (Atmel, Cypress PSoC, Microchip, STM32). - Arduino, Raspberry (Python) and Beaglebone (Python). - GSM modules like SIM900-800-800C. - Ethernet modules like W5100, W5500 (Wiznet) and Microchips Ethernet controllers. - Wifi Modules (espressif). - FreeRTOS - Schematic and PCB design using Proteus. - MODBUS - RS485,RS232 - CAN Bus - REST and MQTT like protocols.
