simulation in openFoam(paraview)

Need to create stenotic geometry which is the characteristic of flow is based on blood. The geometry can be create from 3rd party but need to simulate in openfoam. The objective is to get the visual of simulation with different percent of occlusion. Secondly, to see the physical flow either steady or pulsatile flow.
