I am a disabled individual with a criminal record in kentucky. I am on disability for bi polar psychotic and I have anti social personality disorder with borderline traits. I would like to write a thank you speech to give to United States senator mitch mcconnell, Governor Matt Bevin, and President Donald J. Trump.
