We are looking for an experienced customer support specialist to work for our company on an ongoing basis. You will work with our marketing and customer support teams to answer customer questions and help them to understand our service.
You will use our company’s admin system to receive inbound customer messages and process them. Our system has the ability to respond to customers via sms or email.

You will need to be able to think on your feet and answer questions for a wide variety of customers. Additionally, customers can sometimes be confused or frustrated, so you’ll need to have a high level of emotional intelligence to do this job well.
