Taiwanese student English second language.(E.S.L.)

你好， 我是美国人， 是大学生在 UC Berkeley. I am male but I am very young (only 17) and I interact very well with girls. I speak Mandarin so it would be very easy for me to bond with your daughter and teach her English effectively. I spent time in Taiwan last summer so I would have lots to talk about with her. We could even speak in Mandarin sometimes if that made her feel more comfortable! I would tailor a curriculum to what you would like her to learn, and can teach her vocabulary in any areas you would like.
