We are evaluating a certain surgical procedure, where you either do early surgery og late surgery. We are determining how many of these patients get symptoms (2 types of symptoms: diplopi and enophtalmus) based on the follow up time.
Help me make sense out of these numbers and determin if it is better to do the late or the early surgery. This can be determined with e.g. pooling the data and adjusting for the difference in the study size of the different articles (see sheet), and hereafter see which surgical procedure has the fewest number of symptoms (diplopi and enophtalmus).

Hello, I am thinking to do a statistical hypothesis testing for this project. But I can do charts, etc for better understanding, I appreciate if you contact me so we can discuss about this project.
Getting the percentages for every study and then sorting them out can be a way to complete this problem.
In the dataset we have two symptoms - Diplopi and Enopthalmus. Each symptom is divided into early surgery and late surgery. The dataset does not contain any missing number. There are two categorical variables and for 更多
