Convert VBA to Google Apps Script

I have 2 excel workbooks with Macro VBA that needs to be converted to Google Apps script. I do have some experience with both, but need this work done quickly due to conflicting priorities. I've included the files here. Note that .txt files are being created, and I would like the same for this work, but the file should be stored in Google drive.
