create an excel sheet with conditions in order to get different amounts of rows with different content

I need a table with LibreOffice with following specifications to upload to a social media tool. A B C this is text [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 2018-01-02 12:00 Column A contains the text for the blog and a space and the link for a website. Column B contains the link for an image. Column C contains a date when blog will be published. Now i want to be free how often i make a post: 1 till 7 times a week. I want to define which day of month is first day (2018-01-02 or 2018-01-13) I want to define the pause till next post, like 3 days I want to define the time I want to be flexible with content in column A so i can define up to 5 different texts. I want to be flexible with content in column B so i can define up to 5 different images. I want to define a specific end date (-> last row of the sheet), like 2018-12-31 or 2018-09-30. I work with libre office and finally i make an csv export that i upload finally.
