Create a Scraping Tool for Addresses in Google

We have a list of street addresses and counties in an excel spreadsheet. The addresses are missing the city, state and zip code.
We are looking to get a scraping tool created that can look up each address in Google and find the city, state and zip for each property.
We regularly do this kind of project so we are looking to have the scraping tool built so that we can use it every time we have this kind of project.
