We just need a tool to summarise sales data that is output from our point of sales system. The data from 2 days is attached. Also an output template is provided (with dummy data) For each till we need First sale of each staff, last sale of each staff Total Cash sales (where payment type is cash) per staff per till Total Cash sales per till Total Other sales per till (visa, master, etc, and include rounding) Subtotal per till Then total cash for all tills Total other for all tills And grand total. The tool should be a VBA workbook, and have a landing page where the user selects the file they want summarised. It should then summarise it, and then ask the user where to save the output. The file name of the output should be YYYY-MM-DD-sales-summary.
