Entry formats need to be consistent (post code and phone number formats must be standard) So all the phone numbers should have country code in them
Site address field from "site contacts" would need to be broken down to postal code, street, city etc into "CRM" file.
It would also be needed to have the web site details and general phone number and general email entered in to the CRM sheet. Google search needed.
Contact person details
This is also needed to brake name into first name and last name. Name written first in column G of "site Contact.." file is the first name and last name is written second
I will fill the columns J, K and L later so you don't need to worry about that. (CRM File)
"Site contact" sheet has a column "supplier code" this should go to "CRM" Files "Code 3 x letter" column
Task 2.
Fine tune spreadsheet
This would mean:
Breaking down the address field into street city ...
Homogenizing postal code fields
Phone numbers moved from telephone to Contact 1/column Mobile and homogenized to have the country code in front
adding in website and telephone for columns G and H-> Google search needed. Telephone could be just some general one find from the website.
