Exhibitor Research & Data Entry
We are looking for a freelancer who can create an accurate database for our sales team to cold call and introduce our service too.
We will specify the target events that are happening from April until Dec 2018. The role of this freelancer is to enter the show/event organisers website and open the floor plan (if they have one).
We are targeting only the largest expo stands at each of the target show, so the freelancer will need to make note the largest stands on the map (over 10m3) and locate the company details on the exhibitor list.
There may not be details on the organisers website. If not then we will require the freelancer to click the link to the website and locate the correct department by looking at the contact details on the website or calling them to ask. (I do not want the freelancer to engage with discussions about our services at this stage, or give away what company is calling).
The details must then be input into the spreadsheet attached.
• Industry (eg, Travel)
• Show name
• Show date
• Company name
• Stand Number
• Website Address
• Name of individual organising the stand
• Email address of individual organising the stand
• Direct phone number of individual organising the stand
In terms of pay, I am looking for someone to carry out the work thoroughly and professionally. I am willing to pay per correct line of data $0.25 - $0.50 but this is negotiable moving forward should the time be more then we anticipate.

We create something interesting on the stand for them to make their exhibition stand from their competitors. This gives our clients an advantage at the show.
I want to start a telesales campaign to offer my services to companies who are exhibiting at certain exhibitions happening in the coming months.
I have a telesales professional coming in for a week and I want to provide as many details as possible for him to make as many calls as possible whilst he is here.
