Edit Excel file 2010

Hello, looking for someone who can help me with this small project, I will give the file to be edited and the instructions on how to do it ( see files ). The part where I need more help is on the formulas and for that reason I need someone who knows how to do formulas in Excel. I will pay after I verify Excel file is correct.
