Extract live data from website to excel with API

Hi everyone, Forgive me if I'm not using the right terms somewhere, I'll try to describe the project as good as possible. I need somebody that can produce an Excel spreadsheet, which contains market history data from [login to view URL] If I understand correctly this should be possible using a GET request. The data I want can be retrieved from a request like this one: [login to view URL] It contains the timestamp, quantity, price, buy/sell information. Per timestamp I want the rest of the information next to it in columns (example in appendix). The API link keeps updating live data and I'd like get all this data into Excel to collect the data for several weeks or months. Accompanied with the spreadsheet I'd like these things answered/solved: 1. The API link example I used is for Dogecoin (DOGE), but I want to get the data of more different coins. What do I do when I want the data of Verge (XVG)? Is it just changing the API link in the code to [login to view URL] ? 2. I see that the request contains the data of about the last 200 transactions, though I do not want to miss ANY transaction. Can I still collect data while my laptop is offline or switched off? Is there a way to get the data I missed when offline or is there a way to keep the spreadsheet updated while offline? Thanks.
