Fill in informations in an excell file for a product upload to a werbshop / rename pictures

Dear community, we are looking for a freelancer, who fills informations in an excel-file, with that we can add supplier articles to our webshop. Additional you have to rename product pictures of each item. Any informations and files are supplied by us. This job is fully digital and can be made anywhere -- perfect for digital nomads ;-) Job: - create an excel file with 3.497 items - total quantity are 19.489 entries incl. the colour variations - in german language - rename picture of every item (19.489 pictures) 1.) Fill in the informations in the excel-file format attached, these column we need Steps (in case the article has no colour variations): A.) ordernumber = change this number (=article number) by adding 3 digits in front Example: article number from supplier = 11850; to be changed to 18611850 B.) mainnumber = leave empty C.) name = product + fictional name / for example pen "Bremen" D.) additionaltext = item colour E.) supplier = always „Werbegeschenk“ F.) tax = always “19%“ G.) price = from the excel file (pricelist) of our supplier H.) + I.) + J.) leave empty K.) description_long = a german description of the product (an english description is available on the website of our supplier and has to be translated to proper german) Attention: The description of every item needs to be at least 20-30 words long. The descriptions on the website of our supplier usually have only 5,6 or 7 words, some articles have no description. So the description need to be elaborated and sometimes thought up in proper german L.) releasedate = the current date M.) keywords = leave empty N.) categories = can be read up from a file given from us O.) configuratorsetID = always „2“ P.) configuratortype = leave empty Q.) configuratorOptions = item colours = „Farbe:(item colour)“ R.) images = image name of the product = „[login to view URL]“ S.) + T.) + U.) + V.) = leave empty W.) attr_attr18 = size, colour, material, logo size / can be read up at the website from our supplier Explanation: Maße = size; Farbe = colour, Material = material, Logomaße = logo size X.) english description of the product (is available on the website of our supplier and has to be copied in the column) We send as examples 2 Excel charts, chart 1 for articles with no colour variations, chart 2 for articles with colour variations. 2.)
