I am working for a kitchen company who use a very basic way to track job statuses. enter the job details into a google sheets spreadsheet and each draftsman has their own sheet that they alone use. What we would like is once the data is entered one manager assign the job to a person and that job automatically show in that person sheet. There are a few things that change constantly like date or the job getting moved to a different day so needs to be a live copy. Also when the draftsman change one of the 4 cells in their spreadsheet I would like it to automatically populate back to the main spreadsheet. Also once all 4 cells have been completed we would like to highlight the entire row in green.

I would set up based on the Drafters name to populate data to their sheet. Once the project was completed I would set up script that would move the information over to the Completed Jobs sheet.
