I run a team of 20 people. This will be something that will be used for several teams. It needs to show the type of absence, date, days and hours absent, lateness. Should be a Summary front sheet showing the total amount of absences, latex etc. If a trigger point has been met then this should alert the user to trigger a probation meeting or disciplinary. Should also have on there their hire date and when their probation ends (6 months initially) a button to extend probation which will adjust this date
