NEED TO CREATE A PRICE DATABASE (EXCEL or WITH AUTOMATIC FEEDING FROM EXCEL SHEET AND AUTOMATIC SENDING OF A PRICE QUOTATION

Hi, I need someone really excellent in Excel and particularly MACRO /VBA. I need to create a DATABASE for the Quotation I receive from my suppliers. Internally I receive "DEMANDS OF QUOTATION" from someone (in Excel Format). I need the DATABASE to have some kind of a system (a button for example) to IMPORT the demand I receive in Excel format. the DATABASE will automatically "absorb" the demand and feel its cells according to the information that are in the demand. The "DEMAND OF QUOTATION" has a Standard form. The DATABASE has a standard form. Once I have imported AUTOMATICALLY the information from the excel document called "DEMAND OF QUOTATION" into the DATABASE, I will then clal many suppliers and asked them for their prices. Everytime I receive a price from a supplier I will fill in that price into the DATABASE in the ROW that corresponds to the DEMAND OF QUOTATION I am working for. Once I have finished filling the prices from the suppliers into the DATABASE, I need to be able to select the line in the DATABASE that now I want to EXPORT into a STANDARD FORMAT (standard document) called "QUOTATION RESULT". = the DATABASE will generate that standard document QUOTATION RESULT with all the same information that were in the DEMAND OF QUOTATION + the PRICES + some more information.
