OCR DATA EXTRACTION IMAGE MANIPULATION CAD PHOTOSHOP REDRAW

Hi, Our project requires the enhancement of images from technical drawings, and data extraction to excel, from books which will be scanning locally. From the scanned file (see scantest1001, scantest1002) you will need to extract the Image, and enhance the quality to a level similar to that shown in the attached image_req_quality files. The outputted image should be Placed over a background we provide and 1200px x 1200px in size, and in Save for Web format or similar, for use on our website. The filename from the image should be as shown in the instructions attachment, using the diagram code (E-1) and the diagram name (Cylinder Head), giving a filename of E-1 Cylinder Head.jpg. The target filesize should be between 200kb > 500kb per image. The lower portion of the scan contains a data table which needs to be OCR'd to an excel file. The column written in Thai language can be ignored or deleted. The expected output is shown in the excel output E-1 example file. The naming convention for the excel outputted files will be [login to view URL], or in the case of two or more pages with the same diagram code [login to view URL] , E-1(2).xls , E-1(3).xls etc. Each book will have approximately 70 duplex pages, and will be an ongoing project with approximately 100 books in total, the scanned books will be uploaded to Dropbox from where you will process them and save them back to dropbox, as jpegs and excel files grouped by book. We will pay an inital setup fee of $100 for you to create your processes and automation workflow, after that we will pay $10 per book. You will be notified when there is a new book in dropbox for you to process. The job will be awarded to the freelancer/company who can submit their edited version of the scantest files. You will need to submit your jpgs and excel attachments with your proposal. We will be favouring better image quality over OCR accuracy, as we have our own software which does a good job on the OCR already. You will also need to indicate your estimated turn around time from receiving the scanned files. Freelancers/companies replying without submitting any attached files to show they have read the brief will be automatically deleted. We look forward to your replies.
