Face Recognition

Would like you to build me an API that will work hand-in-hand with my website which is based on LAMP (Linux, Apache HTTP Server, MySQL, and PHP). Yes, the primary language of my website is PHP. We need a tool for efficient and accurate facial recognition API services to scan faces comparing different photos. Something like detect a face, cross-reference it with the database, and recognize the face. The Face Recognition API will be for the following purpose: 1) Face Recognition for signing-in/logging in (2-step verification) - More information: A facial recognition tool for the purpose of logging into a php based website. For an example, users who have chosen to activate the Face Recognition Login as an added 2-step verification system will be prompted to get their face recognized after entering the correct password for their account. Something like GMail's 2-step phone verification system but over here we want it to be face recognition instead of phone verification. The algorithm must be extremely accurate and it must store facial pictures to database for cross reference. Program should come with a user control center for settings adjustment/user profile tab etc. It is a networking website and therefore, the number of calls and the number of trained face (images) tags will be unlimited). We need the source-code and it should not be copy-written. If you have previous examples, please put that in your bid and let us know on the algorithm that you will be employing. Thank you.
