Hello there! I'm Cristóbal, the founder of MICA, a sustainable luxury perfume line made in Tucson, Arizona. I'm looking for a social media content creator and partnership coordinator to help me increase MICA's Instagram presence.
What success looks like:
- 2X Follower Growth within 30 days
- 3 New Retail accounts within 30 days
Gig Responsibilities
1) Social media strategy: Define the brand's voice in social media, create and own the content calendar and develop post templates and guidelines.
2) Content creation: Design and develop social media content in static image and video formats.
3) Retail partnership outreach: Identify and own the pre-sales relationship with prospective retailers, evangelizing our mission and capturing retail shelf space.
Your experience
- Knowledge or passion for fragrance, the desert, environmentally sustainable luxury
- 2+ years managing brand social channels
- Storytelling SkIlls and keen understanding on how to connect to our audience
- Understanding and informed perspective on social media trends, formats and standards.
- Experience organizing content programming around strategic objectives and measuring to optimize
- Experience working across all content platforms including digital, video, and social
- Open and collaborative working style, receptive to feedback and consistent drive to improve.
- Ability to work at a detailed level while being able to connect to the big picture
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and be proactive on opportunities
