Investor certification

I hold several investments in New Zealand, and before the broker I use can allow me to make any additional purchases I need to renew my investor certification; it's only good for 2 years. It needs to be done by a certified professional of almost any sort. The guy I was using has relocated and I don't have his new contact information, so I need to find someone new. I want to hire you to sign a form stating I am competent to make investment decisions. I have attached my U.S. Enrolled Agent certification to show that I have achieved the professional credentials to actually sign this document for any person besides myself (although I am no longer working as an enrolled agent and my certification has lapsed). This is routine in New Zealand. If you are open to this I would like to do this every 2 years. Thank you. John Send
