For the coffee shop, you will develop a detailed plan outlining market analysis, competitive landscape, target audience, and a strategic approach to create a unique selling proposition. The financial model will provide insights into the investment required, revenue projections, and break-even analysis.
In establishing international standard schools, you will emphasize the significance of catering to the returning Somali diaspora, elite people, NGO and UN Agencies workers, and government officials children.
The business plan will detail the curriculum, faculty requirements, infrastructure needs, and operational considerations. The financial model will project the startup costs, operational expenses, and revenue streams over the initial years.
For the hospital, your focus will be on creating a business plan that addresses the healthcare needs of the population in Garowe and Mogadishu cities and somalia at large, emphasising quality health care, affordability and accessibility to avoid somalis to go outside looking healthcare.
The financial model will delve into the costs associated with setting up a standard hospital, projected revenues, and a sustainable financial structure.
