“The Poem Line" is a service that helps people get their message across to others through the use of poetry performed by live performers/artists over the phone. The poetry used, is the original work of each performer/artists and is written for each occasion, such as birthdays, anniversaries, wedding proposals, holidays, thinking of you (T.O.Y.’s), and etc. The occasion is specified by the paying customer. The reason for “The Poem Line” is that we know that not everyone has an easy time expressing his/her feelings towards someone that they might care about and “The Poem Line” does that for them.
The Poem Line will also be a clothing line selling T-Shirts with poetry themed artwork on it.
What I need:
I need a 3 or 4 panel like comic strip preferably flash animation describing how "The Poem Line" works. i.e.
Panel 1 would be a stick figure of a guy day dreaming about a girl. (stick figure with bubble cloud over his head with girl inside)
Panel 2 would be something like a "no sign" with Jewelry, flowers, candy, etc. inside signifying to try something different than the normal things to show someone that you love them.
Panel 3 would be the stick figure man dialing on a phone/on the website.
Panel 4 would be the stick figure girl receiving the call.
Doesn't have to be a comic strip, but it's an idea. You could be creative with this.
I prefer stick figures over a silhoette because I need ethnicities to be ambiguous. But be creative! Any input would greatly be appreciated. I want stick figures to be creative and fun!

I need flash to match site colors and all that.
My budget is low with this project, so maybe in addition to payment I can set you up with a free hosting account on my servers if you need some space, so let me know it that works.
Please submit samples. I prefer this project to be done in flash so submit flash samples.
Project should be easy since working with stick figures and should be a snap for a flash expert. Flash file has to be 900 pix wide.
I don't need web design. I just need flash file. That's it. Don't over quote me or it will not be considered.
My range is $20 - $30.
