Build out my sites which are in FLA and PSD format

I have several templates already which are in PSD format and FLA format. I need these template to reflect the color scheme of my company logo. As well as placing the logo into the site. The site also needs to be built out a bit, the templates have sample date however i am going to give you more accurate data and i would need you to place it into the site. Also on some of the templates a page like Prodcuts or a product details pgae may not exist, so i would need you to take the same feel of the template and build out the page with my content. This projects needs your creativity, so in some cases i will just point to a site, a source if info, a product description and say "take this info and stick in nicely. In the end it may seem difficult but it really isnt, nothing is trully being designed from scratch and you will have all the templates done already in PSD and FLA files to work from, it just logo placement, color change reflecting logo, and changing out text and adding content. The only thing that would be newly created would be pages which would spawn off other pages but since you have the templates you will already have the framework. Those who later feel capable for converting the site to HTML will get double their bid.
