Firefox viewing issues with flash and html file

I have a webpage that is viewing fine in explorer, but not in firefox.
Two issues with firefox:
First - the new flash that I just uploaded is not showing up at all. It is a white space.
Second - the home page is cut off by about 2" on the left side in firefox when viewed on a smaller screen.
Also, not sure if this can be fixed, but I have a wide home page which views fine on newer or larger screens, but on older smaller screens, part of the right side is cut off. Any way of fixing that without changing how this is viewed on the larger screens?
I am looking to get this fixed right away.

NOTE:!!! I HAVE FIXED THE FLASH NOT SHOWING UP IN FIREFOX, so there are just the two issues. Left side cut off on firefox and right side cut off on explorer. This happens on smaller or older screens only!
