This is for a complete design and build of a flash web site, using a couple of templates that will be provided. This also needs a decent amount of graphic design work and an artistic eye. I will provide a wireframe and most content for the site, as well as guidelines. Please take a look at the attachments and read through in detail before providing a quote.
You will need to have a VERY good understanding of English, and we will need to stay in communication throughout the project. Hopefully this will be a fun and good quality project for you to work on.
