flash artist needed

i need someone to prepare flash headers for a website. simple job. text work and some cool effects. i have other jobs to follow. flash size and basic idea can be seen attached to this ad as animated gifs. you will prepare 4 like this, i am interested in interesting presentation, something new and cool. if you have image ideas great!
