Operational Requirements

1. Online Data Source is retrieved from the local ERP DB System at MOKAMART, and transferred/uploaded using an API service.

2. Local DB is triggered on certain conditions that whenever there are changes on items and price tables, it will send that changements to a Temp local DB. that is linked with the API service to update the mobile app online DB.

3. Sales online currency is changeable according to official local currency rates.

4. Items list contain all useful items ’info fields including price and images.

5. Ordered quantities by customers are limited to a certain numberand

cannot exceed it.

6. Stock quantities of items will be visible only on certain conditions.

7. Multiple payment options available. “Credit Card, Cash on Delivery, Cash in

Store Pickup”.

8. Coupon code discounts is available.

9. Delivery fees rates are fixed or determined depend in gon invoice amount

or/and delivery location distance.

10. Delivery schedule is selected by the customer, but it is limited to the daily

delivery process timeline.

11. Customer service desk online number will be visible to customers in case

both customer and vendor ”Mokamart” need to get in contact for any order

related issues.

12. Online Orders will be prepared in a quotation issued from the LOCAL POS

or back office quotation system.

13. After delivering the order, a quotation should be transformed to an invoice

only on the LOCAL SYSTEM to update sales and stock data.
