Build app to read and export 4th Dimension 4DD database file.

We are trying to get to the data in a .4DD data file. There is no 4DB file nor can one be created. The 4DC is compiled and not usable. We need some sort of simple desktop app that can read and export the data to some sort of simple format like csv, txt, or simple sql. You should have strong 4d knowledge to attempt this job.
