bare-bones website

I need to publish lectures to a web site; I have the domain name, only. The text is typed on slides, to be synched to the audio of my voice reading each slide. Users will log on, have a minimal profile, and advance sequentially thru the materials. I want to do 95% of the work once you get WordPress and/or Screencast (or other software) installed on my computer and show me how to turn it on. I have Windows 10.
