I am gathering bids on a simple game code project. I have a wire frame. It will not have a database. It is a simple shuffle with one-on-one play using one spot with a variety of decisions along with one card on display and a scoreboard. I am looking for a minimum viable product. Before I discuss more detail my developer will need to sign an Non Disclosure Agreement.
