Positive attitude, professional skills.
1. Write at a fixed time and place. For example, a fixed desk with no distractions (ie: no cell phone!). If you can't write anything by then, don't do anything else even if you sit still;
2. Establish a goal for the number of words written per day. Quality can be sacrificed, but quantity cannot be small;
3. Every time writing stops where it is easiest to continue. For example, when writing an essay, every time you take a break, you have to choose the argument that you already know about the next argument, and you can continue without thinking when you pick up the pen again. For example, writing this article here is a good rest point, because I already know what the next "tip 4" is. You can continue immediately after rest;
4. Find an audience, verbally introduce what you want to write to the TA, and record it. After sorting out the article based on the recording. For some people, the static friction of verbal expression is smaller, not to mention that in front of the audience, there will always be pressure to avoid cold spots, and you have to start talking with your scalp;
5. Write as soon as you pick up the pen. After you finish writing, delete the first two natural paragraphs (the first two natural paragraphs are generally nonsense).
