Tweaking a PLR e-Book for Amazon.Kindle and warrior Plus

I have many PLR e-Books 50 70 pages each in my possession and I want to publish them under my name on Kindle,Amazon,warrior plus and JVZoo etc. Need a VA for a sample work to edit ,replace pictures and transform it in to a new format . He should check for libel and plagiarism. I can guide as what is to be done,but he/she should know how to do ? Regards. Khalid Khan
