Chrome Extension - Find Multiple Words

I need an extension written for Chrome that will let me enter a list of words and/or strings which can be searched all at once and those words or strings highlighted. For example... a webpage might be about music and I'd like to have a list of words such as "guitar", "piano", and "violin" that will allow all those words to highlight at once. It must allow me to keep a list of words saved... so it can be used over and over again. I'm primarily going to use this to search RSS feeds for specific words and strings while Google Reader or Feedly is running.
