Custom Google Sheets script to import live account-related data via API from BitMEX, Bybit, Binance Futures and FTX automatically every 10-30 minutes or so

Hi, I need a custom Google Sheets script to import live account-related data via API from BitMEX, Bybit, Binance Futures and FTX automatically every 10-30 minutes or so. The script must be able to run automatically on its own (i.e. without having to have it open on a computer). The script needs to populate this template: [login to view URL] By taking the values in the INPUTS section of the spreadsheet, the script should fill in the blue fields in the OUTPUTS section. The template and it's layout must be adhered to and should not be changed. When executing, the script must either import all data with no errors/blanks, or it must not import any and leave the fields unchanged whilst also making a record of the unsuccessful import attempt (cells C21 and C22). The script must also keep a log with copies of the last few imports (if that is at all possible in Google Sheets). Any dates must NOT be in the US format.
