Looking for stylistic graphic design for dance music label.

I'm looking for capable graphic designers that want to work on a project for my production team, Zulu Company. Me and a longtime friend have been producing dance music in the electro house/prog house vein and are gearing up to finalize our presskit and eventually launch a site. We wanted to get some design work done first, primarily our main logo as well as a bigger, more intricate design featuring our name that will be used on the front page of our presskit as well as the being the main banner graphic on the front page of our site. Now to give a little background on our project, we're not your typical producers...we have a specific concept in mind when it comes to our look and want someone who can help develop it artistically. To put it shortly, we have written an entire backstory to our group, much like a comic book stype story, that sort of explains the history of how our group, Zulu Company, came to be. It's entirely fictional, but we want to play off of it in every way, with the music, the look and feel. Basically, we are a music company in a futuristic, dystopian, post-apocalyptic world (think Equilibrium, Half-Life) where the last government on Earth has outlawed music (and yes, other forms of art, but mostly music/dancing) as a means of population control. Therefore, in efforts to help preserve our humanity, Zulu Company is a secret, underground organization that illegally releases music and helps coordinate with secret clubs where people meet to....you guessed it, PARTY. Okay so this may sound farfetched but we are hoping to develop some artwork that plays off of this narrative and helps enforce it. Think Daft Punk, if they had an actual story behind the alien/robot masks, and how their artwork reinforces it. We are big fans of graphic novels and comic book art and want our designs to have that kind of edge. (A la Sin City, Preacher, Watchmen, any Batman stuff) and video games/movies (Half-Life, Equilibrium, Bioshock, Fallout, etc). Ideally we would like someone who favors the style of the works mentioned above and is capable of doing a (business friendly) logo as well as a more detailed graphic. We have already budgeted this project and are ready to begin and we're looking for someone who is reliable and comfortable working with fair time constraints (pretty much, we need this artwork done soon but not unrealistically soon). We are based out of Florida (EST) and can communicate easily with most messenger services (Skype/ichat are the best). Please note that we will be building our website soon as well so there will definitely be more work in the future...if you have web design experience then it's a huge plus.
