Graphic/logo for 90th Anniversary

I need an eyecatching, full colour graphic to act as the logo/image for the 90th Anniversary Show for the Pudsey Allotments and Cottage Gardens Association.

The Association doesn't have an official logo as such, so it's a very open brief. People within the society are keen gardeners, who grow fruit and veg to eat, plus an amazing array of flowers, shrubs and other plants. The Show is a chance for people to show off their produce, and there are many different exhibits that also encompass arts and crafts, home baking, photography, watercolour painting and the like.

Having been formed in 1922, The Association is very traditional, so a traditional look and feel is required. Maybe heraldic? The resulting logo/graphic will be used on posters, leaflets, membership forms, letterheads, the forthcoming website, maybe even some badges. So it needs to be very versatile, able to work in quite a small size as well as relatively large. Smallest size will be say 30mm, so keep that in mind.

Whilst I'd like a full colour graphic, it may also need to be used in mono on certain occasions - so might be worth considering how that would work when creating your design.

Budget is very low - I'm paying for this myself as a gift to the society.
