Hi, I am looking to build a 'marketplace website'. The concept is pretty similar to carousell.co. A marketplace for buyers and sellers to meet.
Besides the buy, sell, group buy/sell and payment features, the other features required are:
1. Auto-detection of language base on user's geographical location (e.g. if users are in China, website will show words in "Chinese Simplified" in UTF-8), with option to translate to other languages using Google Translate: [login to view URL] The main language of the website should be in English.
2. Auto-detection of currency base on the user's geographical location, with option to switch to other currency using Google's Currency Converter: [login to view URL]; how to: [login to view URL]; [login to view URL];
3. Based on user's geographical location, home page to show the corresponding products features in that locality (based on Shop's location), with option to switch from global to other countries to province/state to shopping mall. Products are also shown based on a match between buyer's and the shop's shipping address.
4. Login, Actions (Like, Post on Wall etc) integrated with social media websites such as facebook, google, weixin, QQ. Users can make use of facebook "Like" to "Like" a user, shop or product page.
5. Email notifications to be sent to the users for actions performed in the system e.g. update in transaction or user/item review. If there is a to-do action for a user, notification will be recorded in user notification table.
6. Website statistics using Google Analytics: [login to view URL]
7. Wish list
etc. etc.
Kindly provide me with samples of past work. (I would like to see a mock-up, or a past project which is largely similar to my requirements so that I can see that you know what I am looking for).
Am looking for a good and fast freelancer.
Also, the codes and everything related to the website will belong to me at the end of the project - no branding of your business (e.g. 'designed by XXX' at the footer of the website etc).
