Programmer required to make changes to Wordpress based blog

I need a Wordpress specialist to provide me with programming/coding services to make minor changes to my Wordpress based website blog on an ongoing basis. Background: The url is www.themacadames.com. The blog is an Australian lifestyle blog with several authors, 1 for each Australian city. The current structure of the site is broken into post categories which all authors post into. Readers are able to "filter" by author, they do this by select the "author" using the "circle face images" at the top of the page, in doing so the posts from other authors are hidden. When a contributor, author or user is referred to in this brief, this means an author of the blog who provides regular content. Currently there are 3 authors: Canberra - Anisa (myself) Perth - Ash Melbourne - Tegan We are in the process of hiring for Sydney, Brisbane & Adelaid I (Anisa) am also the Editor. Services I require: 1. Statistics Report by Author I would like to be able to view a statistics report BY AUTHOR not just the blog as a whole. This can be by using Jetpack Stats, [login to view URL] Stats or Google Analytics, it doesn't matter. All I need is a statistic report to provide contributors on a monthly basis that include stats such as views, unique visitors, links, search engine terms and referrers etc. 2. New "User/Author/Contributor" Currently all authors post into the post categories and when a user "filters" by just their posts, the posts by other authors are hidden. I need to add a new account called "The Macadames" where I could post posts that were for the "blog" rather than an individual. For example our book club and our wines of the month, where all authors contribute to the same post. I have been posting these from my (Anisa) account but it would be better if it were a "Macadames" one. I would need these posts to be visible when filtered by any author. 3. I would like to investigate the process for replacing authors. If I wanted to replace "Ash", I would need a new user account set up for the new "perth" contributor, and have their photo featured at the top, like Ash is now. However I would also need Ash's old posts to still be visible when a reader filters by the new "perth" contributor. This is so I don't lose content when contributors leave. But it needs to be clear this is an old contributor, so the posts are still there, but they need to say "By Ash", not just rename the current user account to the new person's name (Jane for example), meaning all Ash's old posts would say "By Jane". Essentially, Ash's account would be removed from the header section, Jane's account would be added with her photo, but somehow Ash's account would be linked to Jane's so that when someone filters by "Jane", all Ash's posts are still visible. Does this make sense? 4. I need to investigate the option of running experiments which analyse various aspects of the blog. So for example one test would be where I would write the same post in 2 different formats (Format A and Format B), to test, every second NEW reader will receive alternating posts (1 would get Format A, 1 would get Format B). This is so I can analyse the engagement and retention of the various formats and make decisions on blog strategy. Several of these experiments will be required as the business develops to make sure we are always able to test the outcomes of changes and ensure we are on the right track. I apologise if any of this doesn't make sense, it is hard to explain the project from scratch. Please advise if there are things you don't understand and I will try to clarify. I am available to Skype meetings to discuss if this is easier. Please also note I will need ongoing minor changes made as I add new authors and as the site develops, so continual work is a possibility if the right programmer is found and the work is turned around quickly.
