Webdesigner with Fitness Experience

Hello I need a Webdesigner with Fitness Experience, when i mean fitness experience i mean you must have knowledge in practice workout trainning and the names of specific workouts. This is a simple project, i dont have time avaiable to do it:

Project Description:

1) I have 12 pages html with 12 fitness success stories, with detailed Regimen workout plan:

I need for each exercice you create a popup windown and embed the video of that exercice we have in our vimeo account. we have 110 videos so you must search for each one, using the search option you have in our [url removed, login to view] account.

the popup must have this style: [url removed, login to view] ( click on the images)

2) i need you replace the Thumbnails of the exercices for new ones, for create new ones, you must do a print screen of the video of the workout and create something based on it.

On attachment a simple page with a success storie workout plan.

Requiriments:

Show me you are able to create a similar pop up.

if you dont have experience in fitness please do not bid, will be hard for you recognize the workout names or find alternative workouts. Please show me some proof you have fitness experience, one picture or facebook profile. show me also your best website design.
