AUTOMATED INSURANCE PORTAL INTERFACE (FRONT END) 1) Automated Insurance Portal (Front End) a) This must interface with raters of other companies to derive the pricing (See Attached screen shots) The goal is too look sleek and intuitive similar to Next Insurance. b) See Next Insurance ([login to view URL]) and confirm that you are providing a similar front end platform. c) Computer based program to interface with rating program. d) Awareness content: fair pricing, complete disclosure, no hidden agendas, insurance you can trust e) Duplicated portals for other insurance programs will be purchased for on-going services 2) Payment Portal. a) API will be provided by the vender, once the money is paid the policy will be issued. We would like to have the credit card fees added to the complete statement b) Once the payment is received, the system will confirm amount, compare to the policy price or deposit price. i) Policy will be issued to the Insured. ii) A login to the Post Policy Issuance Services will be created and sent to the insured iii) Proof of Insurance Will be sent to the insured. iv) Link to Computer Program and Link to the Mobile application will be sent to the Insured, via email and text 3) Chat Window a) We currently have a subscription, but would like to see more options 4) Digital Signature a) We currently use HelloSign, we are looking for something more mobile friendly 5) Upload – Enter info and upload 6) Post Policy Issuance Services: a) Insured Login so he can have a copy of his policy b) Create his own Certificate of insurance i) Auto-fill cert, that already has client’s name and info. Ability to add Additional Insured info (name and address) have the option to email or text the cert when finished. c) Policy and endorsements (PDF) d) Renewal e) Payment portal f) Notices of intent to cancel, cancellation etc. i) And ability to suspend certificates if a client’s policy is cancelled g) Invoices h) Ability to give referral i) So a client can send a link to his friend, the friend can follow the link, get a quote, and bind. We want to be able to track this info. 7) Computer with Mobile Enhanced a) We want everything to have optimized mobile viewing 8) Mobile Application synced with Computer Application a) Same Features 9) Login a) Insureds b) Employees 10) Analytics on EVERYTHING
