Hi,
We have a WordPress Plugin with decent downloads daily, but we need to push the boundaries and icon is the only image people see, when they search to install best plugin.
Currently 9 plugins shown on search page, we are on the 5th item (like 2nd row and 2nd column), most people install the first row plugins. If our plugins could be eye catchy and compelling than others, we can sure increase downloads.
We also have other competitors list. We can give bonus in a month too, if it works. But, we are expecting a dedicated person, its just 256x256 size icon, but has to speak many, grab everyone eyes.
