Build a simple a very simple people search engine.

We are in need for a simple people search engine in PHP & MySQL that will be based on the following: Web form with: Registration: 1. Male / Female 2. Full Name (Free Text) 3. Occupation and Past Occupation: (Free text) 4. Current Location: (City & Country) 5. Past Locations: (Free text) 6. Landmarks: (Free text) 7. Height in CM 8. Weight in KG 9. Hair Color (Blonde, Brown, Black, Red, Other) 10. Eyes Color (Blue, Green, Brown, Black, Other) 11. Build (Skinny, Average, Mascular) 12. Nationality (Free text) 13. Special Symbols (Free text) 14. Phone number 15. Photo (jpg, png, gif - cropped to 400x400) 16. email 17. password 18. simple captcha * All fields are mandatory! you can not skip them. All these fields will go into the database. Login: After registration the user will be able to login with the email & password. and edit the fields or use the search engine, which will have the same field and you can search those fields for other members. login form will contain a link to "forgot my password" the user will enter its email address and the password will be sent there. Search (page + Results page): The search engine results page needs to show the user image and it's full name and current location. User Profile: after clicking on the user - it will take you to the user profile page that will have the picture and all the fields he added on himself. Notes: The design should be very clean just a top bar and a place for a logo.
