Build a Website

I flip websites (buy domains and work on seo) and need someone to make me a Disney Amazon Affiliate Website similar to this one; [login to view URL] The requirements for the website are; 1) You must show me what the website will look like before you make it as I assume you will be using a script, and you must assure me I have 100% rights to sell the website. If you are not using a script, please tell me. 2) Tell me if you will make changes on the script to make the website look more unique. 3) The website must be fully automated and running when it is given to me. This means all products on the website must update automatically. 4) It must have a control panel where I can do all of the things one usually can on a script, from changing website colors, putting up banners, etc. I need to change everything I want to in the control panel. 5) You must add adsense to the website, and make sure I can change my adsense code in the control panel. 6) You mjust add google anayltics to my website. 7) You must upload the website to my domain in my hosting account. 8) You must have skype. I am only willing to pay a smaller amount as I resell these websites after I drive traffic to them and do seo work on them. So I am looking for someone who will charge me $10, If you make nice websites than I will be ordering many more from you as I continuosly buy domains to flip websites with, I just need someone who can make many.
