Build me a website Application for Quoting Window Prices

I need a custom built website application or plugin that can give users an estimate/quote based on their selections through the online form. This is basically a form that users will fill out in order to get a custom price for the type of windows they will be trying to get a quote for.
I have screenshots saved of a sample website where they have this type of estimate form. The steps the website form would have. Feel free to search the website so you can get a feel of the form and see how it works. This will be a form that will go on my client's website, which is using Wordpress. So if build custom themes and plugins for Wordpress I think that you would be an ideal candidate for this but not necessary as you could build it without the application using integrating with Wordpress and just stand alone.
Once they are done selecting all of the choices through the 3-5 steps, the user will get a quote based on those selections and the size of the windows they select. So the quote will be based on the square inch. (See screenshots attached) The site will not be e-commerce do we don't have to add it to a cart or anything like that. We just need to have a quote being processed through the Quote Form so that visitors can get pricing for their windows right away.
I am looking for someone with the capabilities of doing this comfortably. I am looking for someone of working with me on this project and maybe more in the future if everything goes smooth.
I can design the whole thing but I am looking for a developer to build this application.
