More specific requirements are listed below, however please read the following carefully so that you do not waste your time or mine. I will take your response/bid for this project as an indication of your skill and ability in terms of being able to understand what is required and respond appropriately. Not trying to be difficult, but if you are unable or unwilling to respond responsibly, then it is highly unlikely that you will be able to complete this project. The following will result in a bid being immediately discarded without consideration: 1. a cut and paste bid that is general hype and not responsive to this project. 2. a ridiculous bid. This is a a serious project so any bids (for example $50) that show that you either did not pay attention, or do not understand the scope of the project will be discarded. 3. Asking for my budget. This ranks among the stupidest responses on freelancer sites. You are in the best position to know the amount of time the project will require and what your time is worth. I will evaluate all offers and consider not only price, but scope of work, your experience and expertise and the manner in which you respond to this project. Asking me my budget results in bid being immediately discarded. Again, the foregoing is not meant to offend anyone, but I am looking for a serious, knowledgeable professional able to complete this project in a reasonable amount of time at a fair (not rock bottom) price.
