Convert 20 .PDF forms to Microsoft Word Template (.dotx) 2016 with the form fields all fillable. All check-boxes must be checkable. The Word forms must be identical to the PDF forms and in .dotx format. This is for an immigration law firm that uses a CRM that only permits merging to .dotx, but the forms are published in .PDF format.
